Deputy Manager

Job Description:
The Deputy Manager supports the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring care quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily operations.
  • Supervise and support care staff.
  • Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to care planning and assessments.
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain records.

 

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Level 5 preferred).
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organszational skills.
